Telemedicine – Acupressure and Qi Gong

Don’t let your fear of COVID-19, a busy schedule, or a lack of childcare stop you from accessing the healthcare and support that you need. ASK Acupuncture offers individualized guided Qi Gong (energy work) and acupressure sessions online. Telemedicine offers you the freedom to stay at home and dive into self-care while continuing to work towards healing.

Healing through Acupressure

Acupressure is a wonderful option when acupuncture is not available. Chinese medicine is effective when the correct points are used to stimulate energy flow in the body to restore balance. Regardless of whether the stimulation is through acupuncture in person or through acupressure at home, results are still possible. Online acupressure sessions during the pandemic offer the comfort and convenience of an effective treatment within the comfort of your home.

What to Expect in a Telemedicine Appointment

Curious about what to expect in a telemedicine appointment? After discussing the health concerns you would like to address, Abigail will lead you through Qi Gong exercises to help you tune into the feeling of your Qi or life force and start to stimulate the flow of energy. She will then show you a specific combination of acupuncture points and guide you in using acupressure to stimulate the flow of qi and the clearing of energy and meridian blockages.
